I've put this review off for a long time. I've frequented this food truck a few times over the last 20yrs...but it's time to spread the word. I'm highly disappointed at the food, as it HAS declined in taste and value. I picked up 8 tacos...4 chicken and 4 beef (pictured). 1st, they only offer beef, chicken, pork, and lengua...NO Barbacoa. 2nd, the meat can be dry and overcooked, and that's why they rely on a green sauce to top-off the tacos. Consistency can also be a problem as well, whether it's the onions and cilantro, or the same amount of meat on each. And while the tortillas are grilled, they can be burned if left on the grill too long. The addition of radish slices aren't really necessary...I'd prefer carrots. Prices are $1.25 per Taco, even ON Tuesday. It used to be better food, but I'm sorry to say they've become complacent in their position. There are now better, cheaper food trucks in town...I'll get to more of them over the next few months.

Asada quesadilla is one of my go-to Foods whenever I need a quick bite. This taco truck has the absolute best asada quesadillas I have ever had in my entire life! Tell them you want one with everything on it and add avocado. Don't forget to ask for some jalapenos, the flavor of the asada is going to blow you away. The price is extremely Fair and the workers are super friendly.

Go here all the time. I also buy food for my work on the weekends. They can knock out 80 tacos in about 20 minutes. Great food!

If your not from chico and you come to visit you'll find there are a large variety of taco trucks. I have tried them all. This one is by far the best. You can tell they put effort into their meats with the great flavor it has. The workers are quick to get the orders out and make things how you want. I highly recommend this taco truck above all others in Chico. They have two that I know of and a restaurant.

This is my go-to taco truck. The food comes out fast and the quality is better than other trucks in the area. Also, they never try to overcharge me like mi taquito. Honesty, quality, and consistency are important and this place has never let me down. I've probably been here over 100 times.

My favorite food truck in Chico CA! Only 1 gal working so we didn't get out jalapeños and didn't feel like waiting for them. Food is always good!
